Reiki is sacred—it deserves to be taught with depth, respect, and care. That’s why my courses are intentionally designed to unfold over several days, with ongoing monthly coaching and mentorship. This extended approach gives students time to absorb, reflect, and practice while offering the accountability needed to stay committed. Reiki is not just about receiving a certificate—it’s about allowing the practice to take root as a lived experience.

With over 20 years of nursing experience, I bring a unique perspective to Reiki training. My background allows me to blend a scientific understanding of how healing works with the spiritual depth of Reiki practice. This balance creates a well-rounded learning environment where students feel both grounded and inspired, gaining insight into the physical, emotional, and energetic aspects of healing.

I also believe in the power of mentorship. Just as I guided nursing students one-to-one in clinical practice, I walk alongside my Reiki students, offering encouragement, accountability, and honest feedback. Having a mentor makes all the difference—it provides a safe space to ask questions, explore challenges, and grow with confidence.

While quicker, less expensive options exist online, the path I offer is intentionally slower and more supportive. This way of learning honors the tradition of Reiki while also respecting the unique healing journey of each student. The result is not only skill and knowledge, but also a stronger foundation, deeper trust in the practice, and a lifelong relationship with Reiki rooted in integrity, compassion, and wholeness.
